Tiny Tots

Ages 3-5


Designed for ages 3–5, this class introduces young athletes to the world of tumbling in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will develop balance, core strength, and body awareness through age-appropriate drills, games, and activities. In addition to physical skills, this class helps children understand structure, take direction, and build confidence—all while having fun and staying active.
